Kory grew up in San Antonio, TX where he began to play soccer with his brother at the age of two. After sustaining multiple injuries in his soccer career throughout high school, Kory decided to attend Texas Tech University to further his education. He graduated from Texas Tech with honors in 2020, getting his Bachelor’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning and minor in Sport Management.

While attending Texas Tech University, Kory was elected into the prestigious peer-to-peer financial planning organization for college students called Red-to-Black. He also was elected into another peer-to-peer financial planning organization for the city of Lubbock and the surrounding areas called K.E.Y. (Knowledge Empowering You), where he became treasurer of the organization during his senior year. During this, he was also interning for a wealth management firm in Richardson.

In his free time, Kory’s absolute favorite thing to do is watch his favorite soccer team, Aston Villa, while yelling at the screen every five minutes. He also enjoys traveling, wine tasting, football, and spending time with his family and friends back in San Antonio. When he joined the team in 2020, Kory left his roots in San Antonio and settled in Bedford. New to the DFW metroplex, he enjoys getting out and exploring his new hometown.
